Holy Communion is administered in both kinds (bread and wine). Wine is offered from the ‘common cup’ but those who are cautious are welcome to receive the chalice and not drink from it or to refrain from receiving the chalice while hearing the words of administration. All bread used in communion services is gluten free. The wine has an alcohol content.
