Pre-School Praise
Pre-school Praise is an opportunity for children of pre-school age, and their accompanying adults, to meet together to sing, pray and learn about Jesus. It is a fun time, and an easy way to help young children learn about the Christian faith without expecting them to sit quietly for long periods in church.
It doesn't take many weeks before the children have learned the little songs that are sung and participate in the story-telling. They all enjoy taking home their drawings and craft work. The adults who bring the children are able to enjoy the worship with the children and refreshments together afterwards
Those who bring children to be baptised often find it a challenge to fulfil their responsibilities in encouraging the child in public worship. Many find that Pre-school Praise is just the right context in which to help their children to establish the habit of regular worship, and is a good foundation for Sunday Family Worship.
