CMSI
The Church Missionary Society (Ireland) is an Anglican mission agency with a long and successful history of proclaiming the Gospel in word and deed throughout the world. Holywood Parish Church has chosen CMSI as its main agency for missionary work and raises and donates several thousand pounds to it each year.
The CMSI Regional Support Group is resourced by Holywood Parish Church and is responsible for several events each year as well as keeping us up to date with the developments of the Society's missionary projects. As part of our 'Building for Life' campaign we donated £30,000 towards the building of a Bible College in Sudan and young people of our parish have been involved in CMSI events, one travelling to Uganda in July 2002.
