Choir
Holywood Parish Church boasts one of the best parish church choirs in the Church of Ireland. This is the result of a long tradition of fine church music in our worship through the years and a succession of excellent professional choirmasters.
The choir of adults and children sing at our 11.30am Morning service and 6pm Evening Prayer, with choir practice on Wednesday evenings. The choir's purpose is to glorify God through singing and leading in church and, in fulfilling this purpose, the choir members themselves receive the blessings of fellowship, teamwork and the joy of singing together to a high standard.
The Junior Choir has its own practice time and the choristers receive singing training and encouragement. Both juniors and seniors have a varied programme of outings.
