A new, monthly, worship and prayer night at St. Philip and St. James, with an emphasis on intimacy, intercession and interaction. Come and encounter God. Embrace the proximity of the transcendant God; His love for individuals, the church, the world, the universe; revealed through the Cross. A space where the needs of individuals, the church, the world can be considered and where all kinds of prayer can be facilitated and offered up to God. A place for more than songs, as visual imagery, physical activity and a variety of creative elements increase the opportunity for inspiration and provide a welcome alternative to passivity.

You choose how much you would like to engage with what's going on. You can join us for five minutes or two hours, as you prefer.

There'll be chairs, bean bags, carpet, post-it notes, thought-provoking objects and images, stories, prayer pointers and a wonderful atmosphere that we hope will usher the presence of God into the lives of all those who enter. Maybe you could bring a Bible and spend some time journalling, or reading and praying from your daily devotions, or simply coming and being still for a while, soaking in the glow.

The first Saturday night of every month, 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, in the Parish Centre.
