“31:13″ is an opportunity to be inspired in worship through movement.
It is very informal and lots of fun, using music, silence, flags, ribbons, fabric, plastic swords(!) and whatever we can find to help us get our bodies moving.
Each session takes inspiration from a Bible passage, which we use as a launching point as we focus our thoughts on the One in whom we live, move and have our being.
All adults welcome, whatever your ability level and experience. 31:13 is a safe place to explore and experiment with movement as part of your worship.
Bring a bottle of water with you. Please wear a couple of comfortable layers of clothing and appropriate footwear.
We collect £2 from participants at each session to help us purchase additional materials. Each session takes place in the Parish Hall.
